The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, West Desert Test Center, is seeking vendors to service and calibrate three Present Weather Detectors (PWD22) for its Meteorology Branch. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Dugway Proving Ground, West Desert Test Center - Products/Services Requested: - Service and calibration for three (3) Present Weather Detectors, Model PWD22 - Services include: - Evaluation and diagnosis of each PWD22 unit - Repair and replacement of failed or failing components - Testing to ensure operational status - Calibration according to existing standards - Packaging and return shipping of serviced units - Provision of formal service reports for each detector - Warranty period for functioning units - Return of irreparable units - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must demonstrate the ability to obtain parts, calibrate, and test PWD22 equipment - Capability documentation is required - Input on the draft Scope of Work is welcomed - No specific OEMs or vendor names are mentioned in the solicitation

Description

Dugway Proving Grounds is looking for interested vendors that can provide services and calibration for three (3) Present Weather Detectors (PWDs), Model # PWD22.

Services include, but not limited to: evaluation, repair, failed or failing component replacement, testing, packaging and return shipping.

If a unit is deemed irreparable the item will be returned. Provide functioning Present Weather Detectors (PWDs) with a warranty period. The calibration will be performed according to the existing standard and provide formal service reports for each item.
