Anson County's Community Development Office is seeking bids from licensed general contractors for a federally funded housing revitalization project under the CDBG-NR Grant #21-C-4006. - Government Buyer: - Anson County Community Development Office (Construction Project Manager: Matthew Rea) - Project Scope: - Demolition and removal of existing structures at up to three residential properties (e.g., 86 Frontier Rd, 61 Stardust Rd, 3498 Cappadocia Church Rd) - Construction of new single-level, ADA-compliant homes or procurement and installation of modular homes (approx. 1,100 sq ft each) - Site preparation, utility work, and driveway improvements - Provision of temporary POD storage units for residents during construction - Architectural design services for new or replacement homes - Requirements: - Contractors may bid on one or more properties and can propose either stick-built or modular home solutions - All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including HUD, CDBG-NR, Section 3, and Davis Bacon requirements - Mandatory participation in regular virtual meetings and weekly virtual inspections (conducted by Centralina and IBTS) - Minimum 1-year workmanship warranty required - ADA compliance is mandatory for all new homes - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are specified; the procurement is focused on general and modular construction services

This solicitation is for the Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization project in Anson County.
