Description

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh's Housing Opportunity Fund Department requests proposals from developers for the creation and/or preservation of affordable housing units under the Rental Gap Program. The program provides loans to developers to increase the supply of decent affordable housing, eliminate health and safety deficiencies, and ensure compliance with codes. Funding is allocated for housing affordable to households at or below 30% and 50% of Area Median Income. The program supports new construction and rehabilitation of rental units.
