Description
Clark Regional Wastewater District, acting as the Administrative Lead for the Discovery Clean Water Alliance, is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing Alliance Program Element support for the Discovery Clean Water Alliance for 2027-2032. The program elements include existing and emerging regulatory support, asset management program support, operational and technical engineering support, capital plan and capital program support, capital project delivery services for repair and replacement of existing assets, and third party inspection and testing services. Proposers may submit proposals for any individual or combination of program elements within a single document, but complete submittals are required for all services within an individual program element. Partial proposals will be considered non-responsive, and each program element proposal will be evaluated and awarded independently.
