This opportunity is for the remodel of floors 2 and 6 at the University Medical Center (UMC) Summit Tower in Las Vegas, NV. - Government Buyer: University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) - Project Scope: - Remodel of approximately 2,574 sq ft on the 2nd floor (to vanilla shell) - Demolition and rebuild of 9,260 sq ft on the 6th floor - Includes demolition, asbestos abatement, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications infrastructure - OEMs and Required Brands: - Honeywell: All access controls, fire detection, and card readers must be Honeywell-compatible - Schlage: Locks and large format interchangeable core locksets - Von Duprin: Exit devices (99 Series or equal) - LCN: Door closers (4040 XP, 1461 series) and Senior Swing operators (9550, 9530/9540 series) - Select: Continuous hinges (SL 1183 or equal) - Sherwin-Williams: Pro Industrial paint (B53W01053, no substitutes) - Dunn Edwards: Versasatin paint (no substitutes) - Products/Services Requested: - Demolition, asbestos abatement, framing, patching, painting, doors and hardware, millwork, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications, fire suppression, electronic safety/security (Honeywell), fire alarm/HVAC (Honeywell), and project closeout - Specific line items for permits, fees, third-party testing, and allowances for construction conflicts - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must have experience in operational hospital environments and comply with strict infection control and safety protocols - All work must be performed during weekday daytime hours, with major utility disruptions scheduled after hours - Integration with existing Honeywell systems is mandatory for access control and fire detection - Mandatory pre-bid conference and registration in the NGEM system - Bonds and insurance required as per solicitation

This solicitation is for the remodel of floors two and six within the University Medical Center's Summit Tower located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. The project includes building out approximately 2,574 square feet on the second floor to a vanilla shell and demolishing and building out 9,260 square feet on the sixth floor. Renovation work encompasses demolition, asbestos abatement if applicable, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk will be held on June 9, 2026, and bids are due electronically by July 24, 2026.
