This solicitation is for the remodel of floors two and six within the University Medical Center's Summit Tower located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. The project includes building out approximately 2,574 square feet on the second floor to a vanilla shell and demolishing and building out 9,260 square feet on the sixth floor. Renovation work encompasses demolition, asbestos abatement if applicable, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk will be held on June 9, 2026, and bids are due electronically by July 24, 2026.
