Rocky View County, on behalf of itself and the City of Calgary, is seeking an Engagement Consultant to provide engagement services in support of the Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) update. The consultant will be responsible for planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of all public and interested party engagement activities that inform the IDP. The contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis and requires continuous engagement services throughout the project. The Engagement Consultant will designate an Engagement Lead to coordinate activities, ensure timely delivery, oversee facilitators, manage inquiries, and coordinate with the Project Team.
