This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) seeks a supplier to design and implement a comprehensive, multi-year study to assess, evaluate, and strengthen the Community Partnership Schools (CPS) strategy across Florida. The evaluation will span five years and involve partnership with UCF CCS and various stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of the CPS model across a growing statewide network of up to 50 sites, potentially increasing by up to 10 sites per year. The study will use a rigorous, adaptable mixed-methods approach to generate actionable insights for policy, practice, and decision-making at multiple levels.
