Description

The City of Pendleton is seeking a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for the Eastern Oregon Regional Airport Terminal Building, hangars, and selected Pendleton UAS Test Range facilities. The contract duration is one year from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with an option for a one-year extension. The scope includes cleaning services 2-3 hours per day, 4-5 days per week, approximately 250 days per year, deployment of an inspection system, staffing plans, and signing of Non-Disclosure Agreements as needed. Payment will be at a fixed monthly rate based on pre-estimated costs.
