This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites qualified consultants to update the Rocky View–Chestermere Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP), a statutory planning policy document for coordinated land use planning, growth management, infrastructure coordination, and intermunicipal collaboration. Rocky View County seeks two consulting services: an Engagement Consultant for public and interested parties' engagement activities, and a Planning Advisor for technical planning, research, policy, and advisory services. The goal is to support a transparent, informed, and coordinated IDP process reflecting intermunicipal interests and long-term growth objectives.
