This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites qualified respondents to provide career transition (outplacement) services to the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) to support employees impacted by organizational changes. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis and must support a range of employee groups including executive leadership, people leaders, leadership, and individual contributors. The services may be required both virtually and on-site across locations within Alberta and must be flexible, responsive, and high-quality. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to support individual employee transitions and larger-scale organizational change initiatives, including time-sensitive requests.
