Description

The United States International Trade Commission has determined that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of chassis and subassemblies from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam. These products are provided for in specific subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce to be sold in the United States at less than fair value. Imports from Mexico and Thailand have also been found to be subsidized by their governments. The investigations were initiated following petitions by the U.S. Chassis Manufacturers Coalition and included a public hearing. The Commission completed and filed its determinations on June 8, 2026.
