Description
H-GAC is seeking qualified contractor services to conduct a study and develop a plan to further the goals of the Livable Centers program in Harris County Precinct 4. The project aims to create a livable, multimodal, and sustainable community plan that encourages walkability, connectivity, diverse land uses, and economic development. The study area is a half-mile buffer along Park Row Blvd. from Dairy Ashford Rd. to Mason Rd. in western Harris County.
