H-GAC is seeking qualified contractor services to conduct a study and develop a plan to further the goals of the Livable Centers program in Harris County Precinct 4. The project aims to create a livable, multimodal, and sustainable community plan that encourages walkability, connectivity, diverse land uses, and economic development. The study area is a half-mile buffer along Park Row Blvd. from Dairy Ashford Rd. to Mason Rd. in western Harris County. Key components include data collection, community engagement, conceptual planning, recommendations, implementation strategies, and final deliverables.
