Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain paper shopping bags from Portugal for the period of review January 3, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The review was initiated following requests from Finieco Industria e Comercio de Embalagens, SA and Novolex Holdings, LLC. Both parties subsequently withdrew their requests for review, and no other parties requested a review. Commerce found no suspended entries of subject merchandise during the period of review and is therefore rescinding the review in its entirety. No changes to cash deposit rates will occur as a result of this rescission.
