Description
The United States International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of the countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and the antidumping duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time. These determinations were made pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 following five-year reviews. The Commission completed and filed its determinations on June 8, 2026, and the findings are detailed in USITC Publication 5748.
