The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that countervailable subsidies were provided to Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd. and its cross-owned affiliates, producers and exporters of mobile access equipment and subassemblies from China. The period of review is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Commerce is also rescinding this review in part with respect to 26 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
