Description

The Department of Justice lodged a proposed consent decree with the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in the case United States and the State of Missouri v. U.S. Borax, Inc. The complaint involves claims under CERCLA and Missouri state laws against U.S. Borax, Inc. for payment of response costs related to hazardous substance releases at the Armour Road Superfund Site in North Kansas City, Missouri.
