Description

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters of the Maumee River within a 375-yard radius of Rapids Road in Perrysburg, OH. This safety zone is necessary to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards during a fireworks event. Entry of vessels or persons into this safety zone is prohibited during enforcement periods unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Detroit. The rule is effective from 8:30 p.m. through 11:30 p.m. on July 3, 2026.
