Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, intends to carry out the disposition of human remains and associated funerary objects removed from Federal or Tribal lands. The disposition will be made to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribe, or Native Hawaiian organization with priority for disposition as stated in the notice. The human remains represent nine Native American individuals, and 41 associated funerary objects are included. Disposition may occur on or after July 13, 2026, with claims accepted until June 11, 2027.
