Description
This project involves roadway and utility improvements on 2nd Avenue, installation of steel sheet piling paralleling 2nd Avenue, construction of a new pump station, embankment berm at the pump station, chain link fencing, seeding, and decommissioning of the existing pump station once the new one is operational. Prevailing wages are required as per 820 ILCS 130/1. The project is anticipated to start after August 17, 2026, with substantial completion by March 31, 2027, and final seeding and punch list items by May 15, 2027.
