Description
The City of Clermont is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call audiovisual technical services for City functions, meetings, performances, productions, and special events. Services may include audio, lighting, video, stagehand labor, technical production support, setup, operation, troubleshooting, load-in, and load-out services. The successful respondent shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, technical expertise, labor, and related support on an as-needed basis, including during regular business hours, after hours, weekends, holidays, or other times as determined by the City based on event needs. The successful respondent must have demonstrated experience supporting live events and must be capable of providing reliable staffing, technical coordination, safe work practices, and professional service at City-owned or City-operated facilities, outdoor event sites, parks, meeting spaces, and other locations designated by the City.
