The County of Kern is inviting bids for the engineering, fabrication, testing, and delivery of an ultra-low emissions enclosed ground flare to be used at a California landfill. Vendors must complete and return the Specification/Scope of Work packet along with the Quotation Request documents, including the Vendor Information portion. Responses must be submitted by 11:00 AM PST on June 18, 2026, either online through Public Purchase.com or as sealed bids delivered to Kern County Purchasing. Faxed or emailed responses are not allowed, and late bids will be rejected. Vendors are responsible for verifying all information and completing all required forms.
