Description
Anson County received $950,000 from the North Carolina Department of Commerce (Grant #21-C-4006), Rural Economic Development Division to provide demolition, design, and construction/modular home installation services for approximately 3 low/moderate income, owner occupied single-family properties. All properties are located within Anson County and identified as AC#1 through AC#3. The County is soliciting qualified, licensed General Contractors to complete the housing construction activities, favoring those who can efficiently work on multiple properties.
