The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking vendors to deliver comprehensive on-site dental clinic services at three behavioral healthcare facilities. - Government Buyer: - Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) - Facilities: Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare (NOBH), Heartland Behavioral Healthcare (HBH), Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare (NBH) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs named; vendors must supply all dental equipment, instruments, and supplies - Products/Services Requested: - On-site dental services including: - Routine dental examinations - X-rays - Cleanings - Fillings (amalgam and composite) - Simple extractions - Complete and partial dentures (including repairs and relining) - Other dental care as needed - All necessary dental equipment, instruments, and supplies for each visit - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All staff must be licensed dentists or dental hygienists through the Ohio State Dental Board - Vendors must comply with Joint Commission and CMS standards for medical equipment - Quarterly sterilization reports required - Radiology equipment and operators must be licensed by the Ohio Department of Health - Contractors must enter clinical notes into the EPIC Electronic Health Record system - Experience with mental health patients and management of state/federal contracts is required - On-site service capability is mandatory - Multiple awards may be made per location if advantageous

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-site dental services at three facilities: Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare (NOBH), Heartland Behavioral Healthcare (HBH), and Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare (NBH). The vendor must supply all necessary dental equipment, instruments, and supplies, and ensure all staff are licensed dentists or dental hygienists. Services include routine exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, and other dental care as needed. Contractors must also enter notes into the EPIC Electronic Health Record system and comply with sterilization and equipment standards.
