Description

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-site dental services at three facilities: Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare (NOBH), Heartland Behavioral Healthcare (HBH), and Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare (NBH). The vendor must supply all necessary dental equipment, instruments, and supplies, and ensure all staff are licensed dentists or dental hygienists. Services include routine exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, and other dental care as needed. Contractors must also enter notes into the EPIC Electronic Health Record system and comply with sterilization and equipment standards.
