Description

This solicitation is for the Northwood Park Improvements project, CIP 362401, located in Irvine, California. The scope includes removal of existing playground surfacing, concrete pavement, and playground equipment, and installation of new resilient surfacing, sand pit areas, shade structures, picnic tables, playground equipment, concrete ramps, sidewalks, mow curbs, fitness areas, asphalt mill & overlay, pavement delineation and signing, landscape and irrigation construction, and utility adjustments. The project requires Class A or C27 license and compliance with California prevailing wage laws. The estimated contract value is $4,730,000 with a duration of 140 working days excluding plant establishment and 200 working days including plant establishment.
