Description

The County intends to establish a pool of qualified consultants through award of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) for on-call architectural and engineering services. These services will support all phases of programming, planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for County projects of various sizes and complexities. The A&E firms must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and provide necessary materials and supervision throughout the MSA term. Additionally, firms will assist the County in acquiring and developing land and infrastructure, including developing design criteria and construction documents.
