Description
The Corporation of the City of Sarnia is seeking qualified vendors to complete a Highway Access Management Plan (HAMP) study for Development Area 2 and surrounding roads and provincial highway access points. The study aims to evaluate existing and future traffic operations, assess performance, and identify opportunities to improve capacity, safety, and efficiency of access to the provincial highway network along Highway 40 and Highway 402. The successful proponent will review and analyze information, prepare a traffic impact study, develop a conceptual highway access management plan, and obtain approvals for the final HAMP.
