Description

This solicitation seeks proposals from qualified appraisers listed by the State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources to provide appraisal services estimating the annual market value of comparable private property under lease conditions offered by the City and Borough of Juneau. Each project agreement under this term contract will have a maximum award of $10,000. The scope of work, schedule, and fee will be mutually agreed upon between the Docks & Harbors Project Manager and the contractor. The Docks & Harbors department reserves the right to reject proposals deemed unreasonable and will issue a Notice to Proceed and purchase order after a signed project agreement.
