The City of Kingsland, Georgia is seeking proposals for a turnkey replacement of its municipal fuel dispensers and the installation of an integrated Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) dispensing system at its fuel depot. - Government Buyer: - City of Kingsland, Georgia (Finance Department, Purchasing Director) - OEMs and Vendors: - FuelMaster (existing fuel management/accounting system; all new equipment must be compatible) - No specific OEMs for dispensers or DEF systems named; vendors must ensure compatibility with FuelMaster - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of existing fuel dispensers - Installation of: - One (1) dual hose gasoline dispenser (commercial-grade, unleaded gasoline compatible, FuelMaster integration, electronic totalizers, digital display) - One (1) dual hose diesel dispenser (commercial-grade, ultra-low sulfur diesel compatible, FuelMaster integration, electronic totalizers, digital display) - One (1) integrated DEF tank and dispenser system (minimum 500-gallon capacity, heated and insulated, dedicated DEF nozzle, FuelMaster integration) - Full integration with FuelMaster system, including programming, configuration, and testing - All electrical and controls work, startup, commissioning, calibration, operator and maintenance staff training, and warranty documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All dispensers and DEF system must be fully compatible and integrated with the existing FuelMaster fuel management system - Commercial fleet card/key/PIN authorization required - DEF system must have heated and insulated tank, stainless steel or DEF-compatible wetted components, and transaction reporting - Contractor must have at least five years of relevant experience and demonstrated FuelMaster integration capability

Description

The City of Kingsland, Georgia is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the replacement of the City's existing municipal fuel dispensers and the installation of an integrated Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) dispensing system at the City fuel depot. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permits, testing, programming, integration, startup, and commissioning to furnish and install a complete turnkey pump replacement and DEF dispensing system. The project includes removal and replacement of existing fuel dispensers, installation of new gasoline and diesel dispensers, installation of an integrated DEF tank and dispenser system, and full integration with the City's existing FuelMaster fuel management system. Proposals must be submitted by July 16, 2026.
