Description

The City of Kinston Planning and Development Services Department is soliciting bids for code enforcement abatement services. The scope includes grass cutting, boarding up structures and painting boarded-up openings, public nuisance abatement such as general lot clean-up, debris and graffiti removal, and emergency abatement services. Bidders must submit sealed bids by June 22, 2026, and must be capable of completing all work in a timely and satisfactory manner. Questions must be submitted by June 15, 2026, via email to the Planning Director.
