Description
The Vista Irrigation District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace 36 dual pane glass units in existing Milgard window frames and install 17 new window screens at three residences located at 26126, 26142, and 26256 Highway 76, Santa Ysabel, CA. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment, haul away and dispose of removed materials, and hold a valid C17 – Glazing license during the work. The new glass units must be dual pane tempered glass with specific SunCoat and spacer specifications, and the new window screens must have vinyl-coated fiberglass mesh. Contractors must verify measurements on-site and provide references if they have not contracted with the District in the past two years.
