Description

The County of Fresno, General Services Department, Facility Services Division invites pre-qualified Energy Services Companies to submit comprehensive turnkey energy projects aimed at delivering targeted energy efficiencies, renewable energy, and infrastructure modernization at three County facilities: Clovis Campus – Building Six, Plaza Building, and Juvenile Justice Campus. This opportunity is limited to companies on the County Master Agreement Qualified List of Energy Services Companies established through a prior qualification process. Eligible vendors must demonstrate experience and possess all mandatory licenses to provide turnkey energy services including audits, savings analysis, project recommendations, design, construction, and financing of medium to large scale renewable energy projects. Proposals from vendors not included in Contract P-25-016 will not be reviewed.
