Description
Washington County is seeking a consultant to improve and modernize its existing Job Evaluation System and associated assessment processes, procedures, and staff training. The project includes reviewing the current system, recommending updates to methodology, tools, templates, benchmarks, and improving accuracy and consistency of job comparisons. The consultant will also prepare implementation and maintenance manuals and present findings and recommendations to the Human Resources Project Team. The contract period is intended to be completed within 90 days from contract execution.
