Description

The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the 2026 Roller Compacted Concrete Alley Program. The project involves removal of existing PCC and HMA roadway pavement, installation of full depth aggregate stone base, geo fabric/grid if needed, reconstruction with PCC alley approaches and RCC pavement, utility surface feature resets, driveway replacements, sidewalk reconstruction including ADA ramps, topsoil and sodding, and erosion control. The work is located at two alleys in Davenport: Alley 1 between Wilkes Ave. and Hickory Grove Rd. from W. Locust St. to W. Pleasant St., and Alley 2 between Duggleby St. and Jersey Ridge Rd. from Duggleby St. to E.
