Description
The City of Davenport is soliciting bids for the 2026 Alley Cost Share Program involving improvements to two alleys. Alley 1 is located between Brady Street and Perry Street from E 14th Street to E 15th Street and includes milling, asphalt paving, patching, geo fabric/grid installation, driveway approach replacement, sidewalk reconstruction with ADA ramps, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control. Alley 2 is located between W 16th Street and W 15th Street from Gaines Street to Scott Street and includes removal of PCC and HMA pavement, full depth aggregate base, geo fabric/grid, reconstruction with PCC alley approaches and HMA pavement, utility surface feature reset, driveway approach replacement, sidewalk reconstruction with ADA ramps, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control.
