Description

The City of Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for Construction Management Services for the Traffic Signal Safety Project. The consultant will serve as the City's Resident Engineer and provide staff for pre-construction services, project inspection, materials testing, contract administration, quality control, construction staking, safety, storm water quality, claims mitigation, document control, stakeholder and utility coordination, and construction management. The Resident Engineer must be a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in California with strong civil engineering construction skills and knowledge of Caltrans Local Assistance requirements. The project involves installing new traffic signals and related improvements at eight unsignalized intersections throughout the City of Sacramento.
