Description

The Town of Chatham is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering Designers to develop a comprehensive 20-25 year facilities master plan. The plan will cover major asset groups including buildings, roadways, sewer infrastructure, water systems, stormwater structures, landings and piers, sidewalks, and parking facilities. The consultant will identify major capital investments, provide a framework for infrastructure decision-making, review prior studies, analyze needs, explore locations, meet with Town representatives, make presentations, prepare cost estimates, and establish project priorities. The maximum contract fee shall not exceed $100,000, with expenses incurred on or before July 31, 2027. The procurement is conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B.
