Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for materials and services related to College, Career, and Military Readiness. This solicitation replaces previous contracts under RFP 21-06-05 and its amendments. Vendors must submit new proposals to be considered for evaluation and potential contract award. The project duration is from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond June 30, 2030. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on June 3, 2026, and the deadline for questions is July 31, 2026.
