Description

The City of Powell River is seeking a qualified consultant to undertake a financial analysis and update the City’s Development Cost Charges (DCC) Bylaw, and draft a new Amenity Cost Charges (ACC) Bylaw in accordance with Provincial legislation. The project is expected to be completed by December 2027. The maximum budget is $175,000 (plus GST). Proposals exceeding this will be eliminated. Submissions must be submitted through the Euna/Bonfire platform as per procurement documentation requirements.
