Description

This solicitation is for a contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to collect, analyze, and report retroreflectivity data of pavement markings from both the Caltrans Highway Network (On-system) and the Non-Caltrans Highway Network (Off-system). The work involves conducting a network-level survey of longitudinal pavement markings once per year for three consecutive years across multiple districts. The contractor must comply with specified insurance requirements and is encouraged to meet small business and disabled veteran business enterprise participation goals. The contract term is estimated to commence on August 17, 2026, and expire on August 16, 2029, with an option to amend for up to an additional three years and $5,000,000.
