The California Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking bids for the upgrade and installation of alarm system dialers and panels at seven California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (CUIAB) facilities. - Government Buyer: - Employment Development Department (EDD), California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (CUIAB), Contract Services Group - OEMs and Vendors: - Radionix (specified as the preferred OEM for alarm system components; equivalent products may be accepted) - Products/Services Requested: - Radionix B8512G or similar intrusion control panel with 12 Volt 7AH battery (7 units) - Radionix B444-V2 or similar plug-in cellular communicator/dialer (7 units) - Radionix B208 or similar eight zone expander (7 units) - Installation, programming, and establishment of cellular communication service for all components at 7 facilities - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must hold a valid C-7 (Low Voltage Systems Contractor) or C-10 (Electrical Contractor) license - All work must comply with safety and regulatory requirements, including inspections and hazard reporting - Equivalent products to Radionix are permitted if they meet specifications - Service area covers seven Southern California CUIAB locations

This solicitation is for Alarm System Dialer and Panel Upgrade Installation Services for 7 CUIAB Facilities. The contract term is from September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The Employment Development Department (EDD) invites bids in accordance with the attached specifications. The Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirement is waived, but the DVBE Incentive is available to potential bidders.
