Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) is seeking proposals from construction management firms to provide on-call construction management services. These services include pre-construction and project planning, project estimates and budget development, contractor selection, construction oversight, coordination, inspection, monitoring, building equipment and systems commissioning, management of project budget and schedule, project administration and change order management, and preparation of project closeout documentation. The contract term is 5-7 years, and the services will support various construction and capital maintenance and repair projects on property owned or controlled by RIOC. The contract aims to provide flexibility and supplement internal teams to manage projects of varying size and complexity.
