Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Ontario Region is seeking a contractor to provide on-site ultrasound diagnostic imaging services for offenders at six designated correctional institutions in Ontario. - Government Buyer: - Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Ontario Region - Contact: Diana Todorova - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - On-site ultrasound diagnostic imaging services for offenders - Includes provision of clinics equipped for ultrasound diagnostics - Image acquisition, processing, and diagnostic reporting - Contractor must provide and maintain all necessary medical supplies and ultrasound equipment - Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (DMS) must be licensed in Ontario - Estimated 900 cases over four years - Minimum of four cases per clinic, with up to four additional cases by mutual agreement - Diagnostic reports required within one week for routine referrals and within 24 hours for urgent cases - Participation in meetings, teleconferences, offender grievances, investigations, and other health care related services as needed - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must comply with federal and provincial healthcare standards and CSC policies - Contractor must collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams - Security requirements apply for all personnel - Only Canadian suppliers are eligible under the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement - No trade agreements apply - Contractor responsible for equipment maintenance and supply - Contract duration is 48 months (four years)

This procurement is for the provision of Ultrasound diagnostic imaging services to offenders at designated institutions within the Ontario Region, for the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). The services must adhere to community standards and the Health Services framework. The contract duration is 48 months, starting from September 01, 2026 to August 30, 2030. The services include conducting clinics equipped for ultrasound diagnostics, image acquisition, processing, reporting, and delivering services in accordance with professional standards and Ontario laws.
