Description

This solicitation seeks a contractor to conduct an Indigenous-centered evaluation of the outcomes of the Tri-agency Setting New Directions strategic plan (2020–present) using an existing mixed methodology framework. The evaluation will assess performance across governance, institutional, and community domains. The contractor will engage with the research community and produce evidence-based findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations to inform future policy, program design, and implementation related to Indigenous research and research training in Canada. The contract duration is estimated at 21 months starting from July 1, 2026. This procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
