Description
This RFP seeks a qualified proponent with expertise in human resource consulting and local government to provide employee compensation review services for PRIMECorp. The review will assess if personnel compensation is market-informed, internally equitable, administratively sustainable, and aligned with operational needs, recruitment and retention, governance, and public-sector practices. The proponent will review current compensation philosophy, salary practices, conduct external benchmarking, assess internal equity and structural issues, and provide recommendations for a revised or validated compensation framework. The contract term is expected to be approximately four to six months, with final reports due by November 20th, 2026, and may be extended for subsequent reviews in three-year intervals.
