Rocky View County, on behalf of itself and the City of Calgary, is seeking an Engagement Consultant to provide engagement services in support of the Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) update. The consultant will be responsible for planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of all public and interested party engagement activities that inform the IDP. The contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis and the engagement services are a continuous responsibility throughout the project. The contract duration is estimated to be 3 months starting from July 31, 2026.
