McMaster University is soliciting proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, and removal of HVAC system air filters and related services. The contract includes two service models: a full-service model covering supply, delivery, installation, removal, and reporting, and a reduced service model covering supply, delivery, and removal/disposal without installation. The initial contract term is 12 months starting approximately August 1, 2026, with potential renewals for up to three additional one-year terms based on performance. Installation and removal services are guaranteed only for the initial term, with the university reserving the right to modify or discontinue these services thereafter.
