Description

Western University is seeking qualified General Contractors to submit responses to a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) for the Bioconvergence Centre project. The project includes demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new approximately 385,000 sq. ft. interdisciplinary research facility on Western University's main campus. This RFSQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process, with only prequalified proponents invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT). The contract is expected to start on 2026/10/15.
