Texas Tech University is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proposers to provide comprehensive HVAC services including maintenance, repair, replacement, testing, inspection, emergency response, and related services. The services will support the sustainability of a large-scale research institute and will be provided on an as-needed basis for TTU-owned, leased, or operated facilities across various locations in Texas. The project involves multiple master HVAC service contracts with no guaranteed minimum or maximum volume, anticipating increased service needs over the next few years. Proposals may cover any subset of the services listed, and projects will be authorized by purchase orders.
