Description

Shared Services Canada (SSC) is seeking Portable Document Format (PDF) creator/editor software to be used by multiple government departments. The software must enable users to create, convert, and view PDF files. SSC intends to standardize PDF software across its clients based on this competitive procurement. The contract will primarily serve SSC and its clients, including federal and optional non-federal entities such as provincial and municipal organizations. SSC plans to award one contract to fulfill the majority of the government's PDF requirements but reserves the right to award more than one contract if necessary.
