Description

Shared Services Canada (SSC) requires CIRA Maintenance and Support for the inventory listed in Annex B and as described in Annex A - Statement of Work. SSC owns CIRA products used in its networking and virtualization technology infrastructure and seeks to consolidate all CIRA maintenance, support, software, licenses, and subscriptions to maintain the existing network infrastructure across Canada. The contract period is 12 months with two one-year option periods. The contractor must provide end-user support, security monitoring, and meet specified service levels and escalation procedures.
